About the Author
Yehudis bas David (Fishman) is a legendary community educator and spiritual leader, best known as “Morah Yehudis,” after the Hebrew term for “teacher.”
A student of Beth Jacob Teaching Seminary and Clark University, Morah Yehudis has been sharing Torah and chasidic thought for over forty years to students of all ages and backgrounds. Based in Boulder, CO, she has taught across the East Coast and Midwest, and has served as the director of several Jewish organizations in Santa Fe and Colorado. Her articles and poetry have been published in Chabad.org, Kabbalah Online, International Jewish News, and Boulder Jewish News. She is also the author of a forthcoming collection of essays on cinema and Torah thought.
